Returns & Exchanges
At Cognative MTB®, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not the perfect fit for your ride, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
